If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You acknowledge that The Hangover Patch is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. The Hangover Patch and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

The Hangover Patch does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of eighteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.thehangoverpatch.com.au only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Simply fill out the return section on your order's packing slip and send it back to us in new condition. You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. 

Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including;

1. Opened merchandise

2. Partially used merchandise
